AN EXCURSION TO THE DOLPHINS AND WHALES (3 or 4.5 hours)
When visiting Tenerife, sailing to see the dolphins and whales is a definite must.
Unfortunately, the number of available places aboard is just not sufficient for the great number of tourists who don’t want to miss this fantastic show.

The Royal Delfin, officially recognized by the Tenerife Town Council, is a modern glass bottom catamaran.
It provides the most optimal means for tourists to enjoy the dolphins and whales in the ocean waters surrounding Tenerife.
Certified English speaking guides accompany you on the boat trip.
The fantastic advantage of this boat is that passengers can walk around the spacious sun decks undisturbed! Whales and dolphins of all type swim constantly under and around the boat.
That is why the Royal Delfin is equipped with large underwater areas where one can imagine being in a giant aquarium. Underwater cameras keep track of everything for those who prefer to observe the show from the upper deck.
On board the Royal Delfin, you can enjoy the radiating calmness of the ocean and the pleasant climate of the Canary Islands.
The highlight of course is watching the whales, porpoises and the playful dolphins that show up for the rendezvous nearly every day.
Afterwards the Royal Delfin anchors in a secluded Bay. Here you can swim amidst the multitude of colourful fish.

The trip back to Puerto Cólon (Playa las Americas) takes you along the cliffs, a spectacular view.
